Job Summary
Consultant Pediatric Adolescent Medicine physician sought to join a leading hospital in the UAE. Lead and provide comprehensive healthcare services for adolescents, including preventive care, vaccinations, chronic disease management, developmental and psychosocial health, and family counseling. Responsibilities include diagnosing and managing adolescent medical conditions, creating individualized treatment and wellness plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary pediatric and mental health teams, participating in clinical quality improvement and educational activities, and advocating for patients. Requires Medical Degree with Pediatrics/Adolescent Medicine specialization, Fellowship/Board Certification, DOH License eligibility or active DOH License, and a minimum of 5 years’ consultant-level experience in adolescent healthcare. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Degree with specialization in Pediatrics or Adolescent Medicine
- Fellowship/Board Certification in relevant specialty
- DOH License Eligibility or active DOH License preferred
- Minimum 5 years of consultant-level pediatric experience
- Strong expertise in adolescent healthcare and preventive medicine
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
