Job Summary
As a Consultant in the Organization & Work Transformation practice, you will support change management activities within complex organizational and technology transformation programs. Responsibilities include conducting stakeholder assessments, developing communications and training materials, preparing client deliverables, facilitating workshops, and contributing to change strategies for successful transformations. Candidates should exhibit strong analytical skills, project management capabilities, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in organizational change management is essential.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience supporting Organizational Change Management and/or technology-enabled transformation initiatives
- Proven track record of supporting components of organizational transformation or change management initiatives
- Managing multiple priorities and delivering high quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Working collaboratively within teams to meet project timelines and deliverables
- Taking ownership of assigned tasks and delivering work with attention to detail
- Supporting project management activities such as preparing materials, coordinating workshops, and analyzing information
- Demonstrated abilities to analyze information and synthesize insights to support project deliverables
- Identifying potential risks or issues and escalating them appropriately
- Solving problems and adapting to environments with some level of ambiguity
- Communicating clearly and effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Developing clear and visually compelling PowerPoint presentations
- Previous experience working in a consulting environment are assets
- Ability to obtain government security clearance may be required
Additional Requirements
- Experience working across multiple industries in both the public and private sectors is considered an asset
