Job Summary
Consultant for Oracle Fusion - Core HR within Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP. Responsible for implementing Oracle Core HR in a global setup, configuring and aligning HR processes, conducting client demos/workshops, requirements gathering, design, configuration, CRPs, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support. Stay updated on Oracle Core HR updates and enhancements; provide end-user training to HR teams, managers, and employees to maximize utilization of the Oracle HCM Cloud system. Requires end-to-end implementation experience and certification in Core HR; strong communication and client-facing skills; ability to deliver with deadlines and quality. Key skills include the ability to map business requirements to product features, security and approval configurations, and familiarity with advanced functionalities like Oracle ME/Grow/Journeys, as well as organization/work structure management, and HR data management across modules.
Required Qualifications
- End-to-end implementation experience in Oracle HCM Core HR
- Certified in Core HR module
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Good communication skills and client-facing experience
- Ability to map business requirements to product features and configure Oracle HCM
