Job Summary
Support procurement, asset management, and travel business processes by managing ERP systems, conducting market research, and ensuring compliance with UN/UNU rules. Monitor monthly spend analysis, prepare routine reports, and execute solicitations and negotiations in full compliance with regulations. Handle asset tagging, physical verification, and reconciliation while coordinating office administration tasks such as room bookings and maintenance issues. Assist with year-end financial closing and audit findings. Work under minimal supervision with a daily rate of MYR 4,000 to 4,200 per month, starting November 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Secondary Education with specialized certification OR Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration or other relevant field
- Secondary education with 4 years progressive experience OR Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an international organization
- Demonstrated performance in delivering solutions-oriented client service that meets the needs of the clients
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and with a high level of resilience
- Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, process oriented and mastery of current office software (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Medical Clearance
- Security Clearance through the Travel Request Information Process (TRIP) system

Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (preferably Oracle/PeopleSoft)
