Consultant, Office Leasing

Prospect and identify office buildings for marketing, sale, or rent by analyzing asset parameters, environment, and pricing. Negotiate exclusive marketing mandates and manage the entire process from mandate confirmation to lease contract signature. Develop business plans for assigned assets, identify potential tenants, and analyze tenant needs to match them with suitable properties. Periodically monitor marketing status with landlords while maintaining a proactive search for new opportunities. Requires a university degree in law or business, three years of similar experience, and advanced English and Spanish proficiency. On-site role in Barcelona, Spain.
