Job Summary
Consultant, Occupational Health & Safety role focused on growing and delivering client-facing OHS services across diverse sectors. Responsibilities include leading occupational health & safety engagements, regulatory compliance support, risk and exposure assessments, development and improvement of written safety programs and management systems (e.g., ISO 45001), conducting incident investigations and CAPA, and delivering high-quality technical reports and presentations. Requires a degree in safety/industrial hygiene/occupational health (at least 2 years of relevant experience) and professional certifications (CSP and/or CIH highly desired). Strong communication, client-management, and proficiency with MS Office are essential. Hybrid work arrangement with on-site onboarding; travel to client locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in safety, industrial hygiene, occupational health, or a closely related discipline, with at least 2 years of experience in occupational health and safety management, OSHA compliance, health and safety audits, safety program development, and demonstrated knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, worker health protection, and industry best practices.
