Consultant, Occupational Health & Safety

Consultant for Occupational Health & Safety in the New England region (Boston, Hartford, Portland, Westford) focusing on growing and delivering client-facing OH&S, workplace safety, industrial hygiene, and health and safety compliance services. Responsibilities include leading and executing OH&S engagements across manufacturing, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, extractives, energy, construction, transportation, telecoms, and services; performing audits, OSHA compliance reviews, risk and exposure assessments; implementing corrective actions to meet federal, state, and local regulations; developing and improving written safety programs and management systems (e.g., ISO 45001); conducting incident investigations and root-cause analyses to drive continuous improvement; and traveling to client locations as needed. Requirements include a degree in a related discipline with at least 2 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. CSP/CIH certifications are highly desired; travel to client sites is expected. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with initial on-site onboarding, and is located in the United States with no sponsorship available.
