Job Summary
Occupational Health & Safety Compliance Consultant to join Ramboll's New England offices. The role supports client-facing OH&S compliance services, including regulatory compliance, workplace safety programs, OSHA reviews, risk assessments, incident investigations, and development of safety policies and management systems (e.g., ISO 45001). The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with initial on-site onboarding at Ramboll's New England offices (Boston, Hartford, Portland, Westford). Candidates should be eligible to work in the United States full-time; no sponsorship is available. Key responsibilities include leading engagements across multiple sectors, performing audits and CAPA, and improving written safety programs and PPE/LOTO/ER practices. Travel to client locations as needed. The expected base salary range is $69,500 to $90,000 per year. This role may include bonus or additional compensation. Required Qualifications
- Degree in safety, industrial hygiene, occupational health, or a closely related discipline, with at least 2 years of experience in occupational health and safety management, OSHA compliance, health and safety audits, safety program development, and demonstrated knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, worker health protection, and industry best practices.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and/or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) certifications, or on path to achieving certification, highly desired.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering presentations as well as writing comprehensive technical reports and standards. This also includes strong Microsoft Office skills with an advanced understanding of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word desired.
