Job Summary
Consultant Neurologist role at a reputed private hospital requiring expert neurological consultations, diagnosing complex conditions, and delivering personalized treatment plans. Responsibilities include comprehensive neurological assessments, ordering/interpreting MRI/CT/EEG/EMG, managing strokes, epilepsy, Parkinson’s and other neurodegenerative disorders, developing individualized management plans, patient education, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining documentation, and participating in clinical audits and CME. Required Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD/MBBS or equivalent) in Neurology or related field
- Board certification or active fellowship in Neurology preferred
- Experience as a consultant neurologist in private healthcare setting preferred
- Proficiency in interpreting neurodiagnostic tests and imaging
- Strong communication skills and patient-centered care
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency with hospital information systems and electronic health records
