Job Summary
Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM responsible for end-to-end support, enhancement, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 CRM applications across multiple projects. Design, configure, customize, and integrate CRM solutions with a focus on Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service; leverage Power Platform components to enhance business processes; collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers; perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization; support data migration, deployment, release management, and environment maintenance; prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials; participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployment; ensure security, governance, and organizational standards compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT experience
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules
- Experience as a Dynamics CRM Support Consultant on multiple projects
- Hands-on expertise with REST APIs, web services, and Azure-based integrations
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Ability to analyze business requirements and design, configure, customize, and integrate CRM solutions
- Knowledge of security models, workflows, dashboards, forms, and entities
- Experience in data migration, deployment, release management, and environment maintenance
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Preferred qualifications include Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform certifications and experience in enterprise-scale CRM transformation programs
