Job Summary
Implement and optimize HR, payroll, and digital exit processes for clients across healthcare, retail, childcare, and logistics sectors. Resolve incidents, advise on organizational structures, and translate complex customer questions into functional solutions within AFAS software. Conduct on-site visits or manage telephone and digital contact to lead conversations, gather requirements, and deliver tailored process improvements. Work intensively on cases, presentations, and collaborative projects to independently solve problems and build lasting client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- HBO werk- en denkniveau
- Affiniteit en bij voorkeur ervaring met (AFAS) software
- Klant- en oplossingsgericht
- Een goede dosis nieuwsgierigheid
- Analytisch sterk: je ziet verbanden en kunt procesmatig denken
- Communicatief sterk: je durft een gesprek te leiden en bent niet bang om onze klanten te benaderen. Je kan goed luisteren en doorvragen.
- Ervaring met salarisadministratie, HR, Finance, consultancy of (functioneel) beheer
- Je vindt het niet erg om in het diepe gegooid te worden, gezien je snel kan zwemmen
- Jouw eigen persoonlijkheid en expertise
