Job Summary
Consultant role within Mass General Brigham’s Global Advisory, accountable for delivering high-quality advisory work across multiple work streams on varied projects, deploying appropriate project management methodologies, and developing persuasive written deliverables and engagement proposals. The position emphasizes client-facing engagement, collaboration with deal teams, managing project risks and budgets, and supporting the sales cycle from lead to contract. Strong emphasis on written and verbal communication, data analysis (qualitative & quantitative), and proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint. The role requires travel several times per year and a hybrid work arrangement at the Somerville, MA location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or Related Field (explicitly required)
- 2-3 years Professional Services or Consulting
- 2-3 years Healthcare or Health-related Field
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Competent in qualitative and quantitative data analysis and problem-solving
- Ability to travel multiple times per year in support of project work and business development
