Job Summary
Consultants will develop and deliver client outputs across multiple projects, synthesize insights from primary and secondary research, and conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform recommendations. Responsibilities include leading primary research, defining research methodologies, guiding secondary research, preparing client deliverables and presentations, contributing to internal and client meetings, and supporting business development and practice development. Travel is required; strong PowerPoint/Excel skills and experience in healthcare/pharma consulting are expected; Bachelor’s degree with advanced degree options (Master’s or PhD) in Science, Economics or Business preferred. The role encompasses mentoring and training activities within a dynamic project environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of experience in consulting for Consultant level
- 2-3 years experience in consulting or related business analytics/strategy in healthcare for Sr. Consultant level
- Strong MS Office literacy (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability and flexibility to travel
- Undergraduate concentration in Economics and/or Business
- Master’s or PhD degree in Science, Economics or Business
- Proven interest in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare consulting; knowledge of US healthcare system; ability to analyze clinical data
