Job Summary
Design and refine complex financial models that integrate ESG metrics to assess risk, value, and return in transaction scenarios. Transform qualitative sustainability concepts into quantifiable parameters for traditional valuation frameworks. Develop actionable recommendations by assessing how ESG elements influence financial performance for deal teams and portfolio company CFOs. Collaborate with regional stakeholders and advisory specialists to embed sustainability into client business models and review advanced financial statements. Stay abreast of emerging ESG trends to ensure models reflect current industry practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial modelling and valuation analysis
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel and financial modelling tools
- A proven track record of building complex models

- An advanced degree (MBA) or professional designation (CFA)
- Direct exposure to due diligence, exit readiness assessments, or private equity transactions
- A deep passion for sustainability (e.g. climate, nature, employees' wellbeing, sustainable revenue)

- A proactive, self-driven professional comfortable working in an offshore, team-oriented environment
