Job Summary
Consultant role in London or Munich within a globally active, award-winning management consultancy focused on organisational effectiveness for private equity-backed clients. Responsibilities include contributing analytical expertise to high-impact projects, gathering and analysing information with clients and senior management, clearly communicating findings and recommendations, enhancing service portfolio and intellectual capital, planning and leading project workstreams, and mentoring less experienced colleagues. Fluency in English is essential, with German required for the Munich office and additional language capabilities (Italian, French, Spanish, Dutch, Swedish) welcomed. Travel to clients in the EU and beyond is common. Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years’ experience at an established management or strategy consultancy in a similar role
- Fluency in English is essential, as well as fluency in German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, or Swedish (fluency in German is essential for the Munich office)
- Degree from a high-performing university
- Excellent verbal and written communication and reporting skills
- High level of capability in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI experience is a plus
- Ability to travel, often at short notice, to clients in the EU and further afield
- Demonstrated mature, confident self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and ability to thrive in challenging environments
