Job Summary

Define brand positioning, portfolio strategies, and go-to-market models while supporting transformation programs like omnichannel strategy, pricing optimization, and digital transformation. Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to deliver actionable insights, contributing to project framing, client interviews, and the co-creation of recommendations. Operate in agile, multidisciplinary teams with C-level exposure to shape initiatives across corporate strategy, product, marketing, commerce, and operations. Leverage AI tools and data science to bridge business and technology, ensuring recommendations drive value across luxury, FMCG, and retail sectors. Fluency in English and Cantonese is required, with business proficiency in other Asian languages advantageous.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or a strategic role in a luxury, consumer goods or retail company
  • Experience working with or supporting clients in the FMCG, luxury retail, and/or hospitality sectors
  • Strong analytical skills
  • A fast learner who thrives on diverse challenges and changing environments
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese
  • Business proficiency in any other Asian language
  • Ideally exposure to CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Adobe Campaign, or similar), with an understanding of customer lifecycle management, loyalty programs, and customer engagement strategies
  • Experience in CRM implementation, customer segmentation, loyalty program optimization, or customer experience (CX) initiatives

Desired Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., GenAI, analytics, automation) to deliver consulting engagements or projects
