Job Summary
Consultant for Learning Transformation on an 11-month contract, focusing on helping a large client transform its learning practices. Responsibilities include analyzing learning needs, redesigning learning processes to align with objectives and improve resource efficiency, and increasing the effectiveness of learning programs to drive desired business outcomes. The role requires building valued relationships with stakeholders, coaching and developing team members and clients, and strong English communication. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor in business, Commerce, Human Resources Management and/or other relevant disciplines
