Job Summary

Consultant – Learning & Development leads the design, development, and delivery of structured learning solutions in collaboration with Functional Managers and Subject Matter Experts. Responsibilities include conducting Training Needs Analyses, developing curricula and content outlines, creating high-quality training deliverables, ensuring alignment with quality standards and project requirements, providing actionable feedback to team members, and coordinating with internal and client stakeholders to select appropriate learning modalities and technologies (including gamified, microlearning, and mobile formats). Proficient use of rapid authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia) and client tools (SAP Enable Now, WalkMe) is required, along with deep knowledge of instructional design theories, Bloom’s taxonomy, and adult learning principles. The role demands collaboration across design, development, and delivery phases, risk identification and mitigation, and achievement of productivity targets in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Instructional Design models, Bloom’s taxonomy and related theories
  • Experience with rapid authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia and client-proprietary tools (e.g., SAP Enable Now, WalkMe)
  • Ability to design, develop and deliver modern learning modalities (gamified learning, microlearning, mobile learning)
  • Ability to conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and develop curricula
  • Strong writing, editing, and instructional design skills
  • Ability to collaborate with client teams and stakeholders across design, development and delivery phases
  • Familiarity with quality standards and brand guidelines (CTQ measures, language style guides, templates, branding guidelines)
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback to team members and support their skill development
  • Experience in ensuring deliverables meet productivity targets and project plans
  • Comfort with fast-paced, project-driven environments
