Job Summary
As a Consultant IV - Technical Program Manager, you will partner with clients to develop and implement impactful strategies across people, processes, and technology. You will lead complex technology programs, manage project execution, and contribute to various high-impact projects. Strong skills in project and change management are essential, along with experience in Agile and SDLC practices. Duties include developing actionable strategies, managing end-to-end project execution, and building robust stakeholder relationships to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires a bachelor's degree and extensive experience in technical program management and collaboration with software teams.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management, technical program management, business analysis, and/or management consulting experience
- Experience collaborating closely with software engineering and delivery teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Ability to articulate how systems, platforms, or data flows enable business processes, influence outcomes, and drive results
- Career history that demonstrates progressive responsibilities and accountability
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
- Experience with waterfall and/or agile project management techniques in complex technology environments
- Ability to demonstrate a legal right to work in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Certified project management professional and/or relevant certifications/education
- Experience leading junior team members and leading small teams
