Job Summary
Lead end-to-end testing activities for banking projects by designing test plans, executing automated suites, and managing defects throughout the lifecycle. Coordinate internal and external teams to define strategies, estimate resources, and ensure alignment with project timelines and regulatory standards. Coach team members on functional and automation testing while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, translating technical requirements into comprehensive test cases and presenting risk assessments to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years QA/QE experience
- minimum 3~5 years of experience in a Test Coordination role
- proficient knowledge of Testing Life Cycle
- SDLC
- Defect Management
- 3~5 years of experience in automation or equivalent technical role
- strong Banking Applications knowledge and experiences or equivalent
- Strong Mainframe and/or Hyperion Essbase (Cubes) knowledge and testing experience
- Strong MS Excel experience and ability to build and use complex templates using advanced features, formulas and functions
- Experience in data warehouse and ETL testing using Oracle, TOAD, PL/SQL
- Experience in working with AI LLM's – GTP/Claude/GitHub Pilot/Databricks Genie
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Technical discipline
- You need to be legally eligible to work at the location(s) specified above
- must have a valid work or study permit
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Finance or equivalent ERP systems (e.g. PeopleSoft, SAP)
- Experience with automation using Tosca DI and/or Azure Databricks Notebooks
- Planning and Budgeting, Sales Performance and Incentives calculation system experience
- Experience with Power BI
