Job Summary
Guide applicants across departments through IT co-determination processes, manage project development for related IT systems, and coordinate stakeholder meetings with the works council. Coordinate work activities and supplier audits while maintaining internal publications on the intranet and training materials. This role sits at the intersection of IT, regulatory requirements, and employee interests to ensure complex IT initiatives are implemented securely and compliantly. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate group-wide themes and actively contribute to strategic topics regarding responsible technology usage.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich IT, Wirtschaft, Arbeitsrecht, Datenschutz oder Ähnliches
- Gute Kenntnisse in IT-Grundlagen
- Kenntnisse in Datenschutz
- Kenntnisse in IT-Sicherheit
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern (z. B. Leadership, Betriebsrat, Legal, IT)
- Projektmanagementfähigkeiten
- Kenntnis agiler Methoden
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Betriebsratsprozessen
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit IT-Mitbestimmung
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Compliance-Prozessen
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Governance-Prozessen
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- hohe Kommunikationsstärke
