Job Summary
Consultant for investment management software delivering hands-on implementation, leading projects from kickoff to go-live, and tailoring the software to meet client needs. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand needs, developing and delivering training to drive adoption and ROI, performing manual testing to validate functional specs, providing expert troubleshooting for ongoing operations, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver the solution. The role requires strong client-facing communication, ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences, and a results-driven, highly organized approach. Beneficial SQL proficiency is noted, with a multinational, fast-paced FinTech environment emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- BSc in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field
- 3-6 years of experience in investment management, software consultancy, or a related role
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
- Exceptional client service skills and communication abilities
- Excellent command of the English Language
- Hands-on and results driven approach
- Highly organized, highly procedural, methodical and have a keen eye for detail
- People-person and a proven leader who can influence Developers and QA Team
- Technical proficiency in SQL will be considered an asset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
