Consultant - International Pensions

Actuarially trained consultant to join our Montreal-based team supporting multinational clients with international pension plan administration and the coordination of international pension accounting and disclosure deliverables. Hybrid role with a minimum of three days per week in the office. Primary responsibilities include administering international pension plans, serving as a primary point of contact for plan participants and client stakeholders, performing pension benefit calculations and preparing participant statements, maintaining member records and trackers, leading recurring administration activities, identifying process improvements, coordinating international pension accounting and disclosures (IAS19/IFRS), liaising with local actuaries globally, reviewing inputs for reasonableness and compliance, producing client-ready materials for senior consultant review, and contributing to global benefits inventories and advisory support. Strong project management, cross-office collaboration, and the ability to translate technical topics into clear client-facing messages are essential.
