Required Qualifications
- Master of Engineering degree: industrial, mechanical, electrical, or similar field
- 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Good knowledge in lean production principles
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge in EV-sector
- Fluency in German and/or Spanish
