Job Summary
Consultant Medical Oncology sought to join melanoma and HPB services at Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust. Based at Queen Alexandra Hospital, the appointee will provide systemic oncological treatments for melanoma and HPB cancers, participate in all facets of departmental activity, lead and contribute to teaching, clinical supervision, audit, and research, and engage with MDTs and cross-site clinics in Portsmouth, Fareham, and the Isle of Wight. The role includes managing 10 programmed activities with potential flexibility to discuss fewer PAs, and involves collaboration with CNS and registrar support, with opportunities to contribute to clinical trials and service improvement within a multidisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
- Full GMC registration with a license to practice
- Higher professional training in Medical Oncology
