Job Summary
Lead change management initiatives across Financial Services, Energy, and Logistics sectors, defining communication strategies, training plans, and digital approaches for customer programs. Manage HR performance metrics, drive recruitment and career development, and implement HR information systems while drafting social management documents and preparing negotiations. Contribute to internal business development by interpreting change management innovation and participating in commercial need definition. This role requires fluent Dutch and English, a Master's degree in Business Engineering or similar, and 0.5 to 3 years of consulting experience. You must be prepared for temporary assignments across Belgium and France.
Required Qualifications
- University Master Business Engineering, (HR) Management, Civil Engineering, or similar
- 0.5 to 3 years' experience as a consultant
- Languages: Dutch and English fluent/native mandatory
- Prepared to participate in temporary assignments all over Belgium and abroad (e.g. France)
- Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills
- Strong interest and experience in HR/ Change
- Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions
- Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed
- You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you're excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer
