Job Summary
Lead Consultant in Adult Psychiatry for a locum short-term contract in Witney, Oxfordshire. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive psychiatric assessments of adults, formulating individualized treatment plans, leading a multidisciplinary team, overseeing interventions including medication management and crisis interventions, regularly monitoring progress, adjusting plans to optimise care, and contributing to risk assessments and management strategies to ensure patient safety. Requires full GMC license to practice and Section 12 & AC approval; demonstrates proven experience in psychiatry and a compassionate, person-centred approach.
