Job Summary
Consultant in Adult Psychiatry needed in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive psychiatric assessments of adults, formulating individualized treatment plans, leading a multidisciplinary team, overseeing therapeutic interventions including medication management and crisis interventions, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting plans, and contributing to risk assessments and safety strategies. Requires a full GMC license and Section 12 & AC approval; locum basis on a short-term contract with 40-hour weeks. Practical emphasis on high-quality, person-centred care and compassionate clinical leadership.
