Consultant Implementation - Core Gov

Under moderate supervision, responsible for the successful installation of non-complex new retirement plan sales, acting as project manager and consultant for conversion activities. The Conversion Consultant will be the primary contact for Empower with Plan Sponsors, Financial Advisors and Third-Party Administrators. Responsibilities include facilitating the conversion process, discussing service agreements and plan features, reviewing plan provisions for internal compliance, coordinating payroll-file mapping with the plan sponsor, facilitating asset transfers, maintaining deadlines, delivering quality work, and applying procedures to minimize risk. The role requires collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders, strong written/verbal communication, and the ability to handle peak-season overtime. Remote/hybrid options are available with required reliable internet and potential in-office work if home setup is insufficient.
