Job Summary
Leading data mapping activities from client source systems into AffinityEdge, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business requirements; developing detailed coding specifications for conversion programs; serving as subject matter expert for EFT/Card, General Ledger, or AffinityEdge Security; collaborating with clients and internal teams to gather and validate requirements; supporting testing cycles, data validation, and go-live readiness; representing the application during discovery, design reviews, and conversion events; proactively identifying risks and dependencies and driving resolution with project leadership; travel during conversion weekends (approx. 10%).
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in banking, payments, general ledger or financial services—preferably with core banking systems, card processing, or general ledger functions
- Experience with data mapping, data analysis, or system conversions, including working with large datasets and validating results
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including client-facing experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and contribute to successful project outcomes
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with AffinityEdge or MISER core banking platform (bonus)
- Familiarity with COBOL with Unisys Clearpath
- SQL or data analysis tools
- Payments industry experience
- Client relationship management skills
- Prior experience with conversions, mergers, or acquisitions in financial services
- Experience working in banking, payments, general ledger or financial services—preferably with core banking systems, card processing, or general ledger functions
