Job Summary
Consultant HR Officer responsible for delivering professional, client-focused HR services in an international humanitarian context. Lead HR operations and projects, advise managers on complex issues, manage employment relationships including contracts and entitlements, plan onboarding, contribute to talent development and organizational design, supervise a small HR team, monitor data accuracy, prepare timely HR statistics, and implement policies and processes aligned with WFP priorities. Requires advanced HR knowledge, ability to work with minimal supervision, strong communication, and the capacity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders in Timor-Leste. Duty station: Dili, Timor-Leste.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced university degree in Human Resource Management, Public or Business Administration, Industrial Psychology or other relevant field, or First University degree with additional years of related work experience or trainings/courses.
- Five to ten years of postgraduate professional experience in HR.
