Job Summary
Consultant at The Gunter Group contributes to client engagements by executing assigned workstreams, applying established tools and frameworks to bring structure to ambiguous problems, and delivering high-quality outcomes across execution, technology, people, and strategy. You will partner with engagement leaders, collaborate with client stakeholders at all levels, and work as an individual contributor or as part of a consulting team embedded with the client in a hybrid work environment with periodic travel. The role focuses on delivering practical solutions and lasting impact across strategy, execution, people, and technology, leveraging experience across project management, business analysis, change management, process improvement, Agile delivery, organizational design, and business strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of consulting or related experience
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguity in unstructured environments
- Experience in project or program management, business analysis, change management, process improvement, Agile delivery, organizational design, or business strategy
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Experience delivering outcomes in technology-enabled or complex business environments
- ERP, CRM, or POS project experience and relevant certifications (PMP, SAFe, CSM, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, etc.) are preferred but not required
- Flexibility to travel based on client needs
