Conduct thorough geriatric assessments, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with allied health professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This role offers flexibility for part-time or full-time engagement within a well-funded group, allowing you to run your own practice. AHPRA registration and Australian working rights are required, with collegiate involvement preferred.
