Job Summary
Consultant, Front Office Business Operations advisory role based in Alexandria, VA supporting the ASD(S) with administrative, office management, FOIA processing, records management, briefing material development, and compliance tracking. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings and logistics, onboarding/offboarding staff, drafting correspondence and materials, maintaining contact lists and website content, handling travel policy guidance, and ensuring audit and compliance tracking. Required: active Secret Clearance, on-site work in Alexandria up to 5 days/week, Bachelor's degree (MS preferred), and 2+ years in administrative support, briefing materials, and compliance/documentation tasks. Strong communication, organizational skills, DoD correspondence familiarity (CATMS), and ability to work with senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required (MS preferred)
- 2+ years’ experience in administrative support and office management
- 2+ years’ experience preparing briefing materials, talking points, and strategic communications content
- 2+ years’ experience compiling reports, managing legislative or compliance-related documentation, tracking audit requests, compliance issues, and maintaining records
