Job Summary
Conduct on-site and remote training sessions for users on software usage, tailoring pedagogical methods to client needs. Design and deliver specific training programs, update educational materials, and perform software configuration services for clients. Execute data qualification tasks to analyze external provider data for functional and technical compliance. Provide Level 1 support and ensure user adoption of the medical data solutions. Requires Bac + 2 in management information systems, strong software management skills, and prior experience as a trainer in the IT sector. Salary negotiable between 30 and 33 k€ gross annually plus performance bonuses. Full-time CDI position with partial remote work options.
