Consultant for the Development of Individualized Planning and Case Management Guidelines (Indonesian Nationals Only)

Conduct a desk review of literature, policies, and international good practices related to rehabilitation and reintegration. Hold an inception meeting with the STRIVE team to clarify objectives and methodology. Develop Individualized Planning Guidelines and Case Management Guidelines covering structured assessments, intervention planning, and coordinated case management from intake to post-release. Create practical tools, templates, and training materials including facilitator notes and case studies. Facilitate capacity-building training for frontline workers on applying these guidelines. Present drafts to stakeholders for validation and revise documents based on feedback before submitting the final consultancy report. The assignment lasts 60 working days with a lumpsum honorarium of IDR 55,000,000.
