Job Summary
Advise private and business clients on pension, savings, and investment solutions, focusing exclusively on 3a/3b, ETF savings plans, and pension funds without traditional insurance products. Analyze client needs to create financial concepts and proposals, then conduct online and in-person appointments with CRM follow-up. Maintain client portfolios, generate recommendations, and secure ongoing engagement. Quereinsteiger are welcome with a preference for sales or service experience. Required Qualifications
