Job Summary
Consultant position supporting the delivery of management consulting programmes in Insurance, Asset Management, and Operations for the Hong Kong office. You will participate on projects with leading insurance and asset-management clients, typically working with a team of 2-5 consultants. Responsibilities include developing and applying data-driven solutions, analyzing data, formulating hypotheses, communicating with stakeholders, transforming data into actionable insights, contributing to high-standard client delivery, content development, and business development, and collaborating across Sia’s global offices to share knowledge and leverage the network. The role emphasizes a hands-on approach to growing the office, cross-border collaboration, and effective client-facing communication in a diverse, international environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or equivalent in Economic, Business, Engineering or Finance
- 0 – 3 years of relevant work experience
- Fluency in English; Cantonese & Mandarin advantageous
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Willingness to collaborate with people at all levels
- Client-facing communication skills
- Ability to translate complex conversations into business decisions
