Consultant, Field Operations (Richmond or Greensboro or Raleigh)

Field Operations Consultant conducts objective restaurant standards evaluations (e.g., Operations Excellence Assessments, Food Safety Visits, Health & Safety Visits, and National Restaurant Building and Equipment Standards) to analyze restaurant performance against McDonald’s Brand Standards. Builds deep expertise in Restaurant Operations, provides coaching and root cause analysis to Franchisees, and supports initiatives to drive guest counts and cashflow. Collaborates with Franchise Business Partners to develop tools, monitor goals, and apply improvements across operations; requires strong attention to detail, time management, interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to travel for evaluations and training.
