Job Summary
Provide comprehensive family medicine care across all age groups, conducting thorough assessments, diagnosing acute and chronic conditions, and developing individualized treatment plans. Deliver preventive services including screenings, vaccinations, and lifestyle counseling while managing complex cases like diabetes and hypertension. Maintain accurate medical records, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and patient safety. Board certification and five years of clinical experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) from a recognized institution
- Completion of postgraduate training in Family Medicine or General Practice
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in Family Medicine or Primary Healthcare
- Strong experience in managing patients across different age groups and medical conditions
- Excellent knowledge of preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and health promotion
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Ability to build long-term patient relationships and provide continuity of care
- Commitment to evidence-based medicine, patient safety, and continuous professional development
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Desired Qualifications
- Board Certification, Fellowship, Master's degree, or equivalent specialist qualification in Family Medicine
