Job Summary
Implement applied research projects for public and private sectors by analyzing numerical data, identifying insights, and asking critical questions to inform policymakers. Collaborate with cross-field experts to create clear analytical reports and accurate visualizations tailored to the research context. Provide valuable input to decision-makers while communicating freely with clients and team members. Work in the office in Tallinn or Tartu three days per week, with flexibility to work from home twice weekly. Join a team supporting public institutions in navigating complex European policy environments across Central and Eastern Europe.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Initial experience conducting analyses
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Estonian and English
- Ability to work in the office in Tallinn or Tartu 3 days/week
