Job Summary
Translate digital vision into concrete steps by connecting strategic goals with operational needs and managing complex stakeholder fields across Alliander, the high-voltage chain, and Qirion. Lead implementation efforts within the Fit4Future program by formulating epics, guiding the epic kanban, and coordinating with ARTs and non-IT teams. Facilitate decision-making, monitor progress and risks, and resolve gaps in system and process alignment to ensure business transformation and standardization.
Required Qualifications
- Minimaal een afgeronde hbo-opleiding en hbo+/wo werk- en denkniveau
- Minimaal 7 jaar ervaring als consultant, product owner of epic owner binnen een complexe organisatie
- Het vermogen om strategische doelen te vertalen naar concrete waarde-hypothesen, meetbare resultaten en duidelijke prioriteiten
- Sterke stakeholdermanagement skills: je verbindt, creëert draagvlak en managet verwachtingen op verschillende niveaus
- Ervaring met het werken in complexe omgevingen, waarbij je prioriteiten stelt en overzicht houdt bij veranderende dynamiek
- Een Lean-Agile mindset en kennis van methodieken zoals SAFe, epic kanban, MVP en WSJF
- Ervaring met of kennis van het ERP-domein
