Job Summary
Consultant ENT Surgeon with a focus on head & neck surgery and advanced airway management. Responsibilities include comprehensive evaluation and management of adult and pediatric ENT conditions, performing advanced head and neck surgeries (thyroid, parathyroid, salivary gland, neck mass, oncologic procedures), leading airway management (including difficult airways, tracheostomy care, airway reconstruction, and endoscopic airway interventions), conducting outpatient clinics and emergency ENT care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, participating in tumor boards and airway management committees, contributing to clinical governance and quality improvement, maintaining DHA-compliant documentation, teaching and supervising residents and allied health professionals, and engaging in research and publications for ongoing professional development. The role requires medical degree, residency and fellowship in ENT, Western board certification, DHA license eligibility, and substantial post‐specialty experience; located in Dubai, UAE (full-time).,
Required Qualifications
- Medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent)
- Completion of residency and fellowship training in Otolaryngology / ENT
- Western Board Certification (e.g., UK CCT, American Board, Canadian FRCSC, Australian/NZ Fellowship, or equivalent)
- Subspecialty fellowship training in Head & Neck Surgery and/or Airway Surgery preferred
- Eligibility for DHA Consultant License
- Minimum 8+ years post‐specialty qualification experience (or as per DHA criteria)
- Proven expertise in complex airway management and head & neck surgical oncology
