Consultant ENT Surgeon (Head & Neck & Airway Management) – Dubai

Conduct comprehensive evaluation and management of adult and pediatric ENT conditions, performing advanced head and neck surgeries including thyroid, parathyroid, salivary gland, neck mass, and oncologic procedures. Lead airway management for difficult cases, tracheostomy care, and endoscopic airway interventions while managing emergency scenarios such as airway obstruction and trauma. Deliver outpatient consultations, diagnostic assessments, and follow-up care while collaborating with anesthesiology, oncology, and ICU teams for integrated patient management. Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards, contribute to clinical governance and service development, and supervise residents and fellows. Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with DHA standards and engage in research and continuous professional development.
