Job Summary

Diagnose and manage a wide range of ENT and head & neck conditions in both outpatient and inpatient settings, performing advanced surgical procedures involving the ear, nose, throat, salivary glands, thyroid, and head & neck regions. Evaluate and treat patients with head and neck tumors, airway disorders, voice disorders, swallowing disorders, and complex ENT conditions while conducting endoscopic examinations and utilizing advanced diagnostic techniques. Manage pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient care, collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, and other specialists, and participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and clinical case discussions. Provide emergency ENT coverage and consultation services as required, supervise and mentor junior physicians, residents, and allied healthcare professionals, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, research activities, and continuing medical education programs. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from an accredited institution
  • Board Certification / CCT / Fellowship in Otolaryngology (ENT)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing as a Consultant ENT Specialist
  • Demonstrated expertise in head and neck surgical procedures and comprehensive ENT care
  • Strong clinical, surgical, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven leadership and multidisciplinary teamwork experience
  • Eligibility for licensure with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS)

Desired Qualifications

  • Fellowship or advanced training in Head & Neck Surgery preferred
  • Western Board Certification (UK CCT, FRCS, American Board, Canadian Fellowship, Australian Fellowship, or equivalent)
  • Experience in tertiary-care or academic medical centers
  • Research, teaching, or publication experience in ENT and Head & Neck Surgery
