Job Summary
Consultant, Engineer based in Minneapolis, MN, will support civil/environmental engineering projects across energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. Responsibilities include contributing to site/civil design, erosion control plans, stormwater management plans, remediation, field work, sampling, permit applications, and reporting. Collaborate with planners, scientists, and engineers to deliver integrated solutions across geographies; travel to client locations is expected. Preferred qualifications include Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or current registration for the FE exam, experience with AutoCAD/Civil3D, GIS, and Hydraflow/HydroCAD, and prior internship or professional experience in civil/environmental engineering. Role supports hybrid work arrangements and requires a valid driver's license for site visits and field activities. Salary range:$70,500–$97,429 annually, with potential bonus eligibility; comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Civil, Environmental, Geotechnical, or related engineering field, or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of experience
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to research and prepare technical memorandums, field reports, and report sections
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Driver's License required (valid)
