Consultant Engagement Representative (Nightshift)

Job Summary
Manage the Consultant/Contractor experience throughout the assignment life cycle by activating profiles on Communities and Mobile App while on call. Introduce the Consultant/Contractor Care Survey NPS Program and utilize scripts for Onboarding, Check-in, and Offboarding Surveys. Discuss open End Date Review, Job Inquiry, and Refer a Friend Cases from Communities Site & Mobile App. Partner with the Talent Experience Team to drive service, conduct weekly calls to address cases and consultant issues, and engage in monthly Service Touchpoints. Direct Consultants/Contractors to Communities within Connected when receiving referrals and document all communication in real time using Connected. Share best practices and provide accurate documentation in applicant tracking systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated experience in Recruitment, Customer Service, or Voice Support
- Ability to make decisions quickly and follow a script when needed
- Comfortable working with MS Office / Outlook and other relevant tools
- Good analytical & problem-solving skills, while being solutions-focused
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and concisely
- Must be amenable to a nightshift schedule
- Must be amenable to a hybrid work setup (office in Ortigas Pasig area)
