Job Summary
Build trusted relationships with clients to support partnership and project delivery. Apply continuous improvement approaches to solve difficult problems and transfer knowledge to client teams. Drive your own development while contributing to internal capability growth and helping build the capability BFY needs for clients. Communicate effectively to ensure client teams understand the problem and believe in the solution. Use change management skills to assist wider teams in planning and delivery. This role is flexible, accommodating variable hours and remote work, with an expectation of travel to client sites and the Nottingham office. We value energy networks experience over formal qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Industry experience (mandatory)
- Real experience in the UK electricity or gas networks sector
- Experience gained within a network operator
- Experience gained within a transmission owner
- Experience gained within National Gas
- Experience gained within NESO
- Experience gained within a regulator
- Experience gained as a management consultant already working in the sector
- Ability to communicate clearly and with confidence
- A growth mindset
- Genuine commitment to continuous personal development
- Ability to add value to clients
- Expectation of travel to client sites
- Expectation of travel to our office in Nottingham
