Job Summary
Conduct HR system audits, guide clients on selecting SIRH solutions, and lead project phases from scoping through functional and technical testing to final deployment. Participate in data migration, support continuous improvement of HR tools and processes, and design change management initiatives. Maintain technology surveillance on SIRH solutions and market trends. Interact with diverse stakeholders including HR, IT, and vendors with pedagogical communication to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions. Work within a growing team of 220 consultants supporting large enterprises and public actors across sectors like aerospace, finance, and energy on strategic and operational transformation challenges involving AI and digital adoption.
Required Qualifications
- BAC +5 d'une école d'ingénieur et/ou de commerce, d'une université ou équivalent
- première expérience réussie en gestion de projets SIRH, AMOA et/ou sur un ou plusieurs processus RH (recrutement, gestion des talents, rémunération, formation...)
Desired Qualifications
- connaissance d'une ou plusieurs solutions SIRH du marché (Cegid HR, Oracle HCM...)
