Job Summary
Senior D365 F&O Logistics Consultant - lead high-value ERP implementation projects focusing on warehouse management, inventory, purchasing, sales, and distribution within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. Model, configure, and deploy innovative logistics solutions; drive lifecycle activities from scoping to go-live and post-implementation support. Provide rigorous functional documentation, collaborate closely with technical teams to integrate with other D365 F&O modules (finance, production), and mentor junior consultants. Facilitate client workshops, guide strategic/organizational decisions, and maintain strong client relationships. Position based in Montreal, Canada with a hybrid work mode; require excellent French and English communication across North America.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 10 years ERP implementation experience
- Experience with Microsoft D365 F&O Logistics/Supply Chain modules
- Strong logistics process expertise (WMS, order management, purchasing, sales, inventory)
- Leading or major contribution to full ERP project cycles
- Ability to mentor clients
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management certification (asset)
- Good communication in French and English for North America clients
